We just got home from the red rooster lodge where we stayed for two nights. Our host Adam was super friendly and so helpful about how to go to the Yosemite park without having a reservation made ahead. The room where we stayed was clean , nicely decorated and comfy. His dog Buddy is a great and friendly dog both towards people and other dogs. Adam was so nice to look after our furry baby while we were away for the whole day. We had dinner at the property prepared by Adam who served everything outside by the fish pond and created such a beautiful and romantic atmosphere, it was absolutely wonderful!! The Dinner was delicious from start to finish. We had great conversation over yummy cookie and coffee in the mornings on the deck . All and all we had a wonderful weekend and experience. Many thanks to Adam our stay at his lodge was great!!
One of the best BNB’s right out of Yosemite (approximately a one hour drive to Yosemite Valley) We stayed at Red Rooster Lodge for two nights (the John Muir Suite & the RV). We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The host (Adam) was amazing! The lodge has complimentary breakfast and dinner made to order. We cannot recommend this place enough as the place is extremely charming with its unique style. Highly, highly recommend if in the area!
Exceptional place really close to Yosemite. The room was small but very clean, the mattress was a dream, best mattress I have ever encountered in my life (and I know how weird this sounds). The owners were really nice and our well-being was their first priority. Wish we would have stayed more than one night.
I had a great time at this lodge. I traveled solo and the people here made me feel more than welcome and taken care of. I stayed in the RV on the property for one night, and it was great for privacy and comfort. The surrounding area is gorgeous too. I was a little tired and decided to explore a nearby waterfall instead of driving back into Yosemite and it turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip. Well worth it and I’ll definitely stay here again!
My husband Gabriel and I we had the best time in the lodge . Our room was beautiful and clean. we had our own bathroom and it was very peaceful our surroundings that’s what we were looking for even though we were in kind of a remote area we had wifi. The best host ever his name buddy welcomes you with happiness and companionship. Buddy is the host dog🐶 the owner Adam is such a nice person always trying to accommodate us and asking if it’s anything else he can do for us. The breakfast, oh my Gosh !!! Delicious 😋!!! Fresh fruits , juices , omelettes , organic salad etc etc . We felt at home ❤️ Thank you Adam , buddy , for making our staying so memorable !
