The fall colors at Hickory Hills are beautiful! The check in and check out processes were seamless. We didn't even need to enter the office. We were escorted directly to our site, from the gate, at check in. Our rented golf cart was there ready for us, and the site was level and very clean. For check out, we just left. We didn't need to stop by the office or return the golf cart. The Hickory Hills Team took care of everything. While there, they had a great haunted barn, and trick/treating. Very fun!! You can tell their Staff enjoy being there. The park is in a great location, close to Cataract Falls SRA, and McCormick's Creek State Park. This was our 3rd season. I can't say enough great things! It's not only a fantastic spot for a little get away, it's also a great place for a seasonal site. It's more of a 'community' with fantastic amenities. Beautiful views, great trails, love the pools, the activities, atmosphere, cafe, and staff! Huge shout outs to Casey, Barbie, James, Rick, Kim, Heather, Don and everyone else! How did I forget Dan? He's the best! Looking forward to another season in 'our' slice of heaven.

Beautiful campground and facilities! Customer Service was great on any questions I needed. Sites are gravel and many are not level. We appreciate the full service option. Loved the walking trail for walkers only. The Halloween Trick Treaters were so much fun. We were in site 47 and the yellow jacket bees were horrible for our October booking. Highly recommend a golf cart rental to see the entire complex.
I stayed in my camper for three months there. It was the best experience. I’m a travel nurse and it is my favorite campground so far for the past three years. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The campground is so beautiful. The bathrooms are so clean and the laundry room. There are so many activities from a gorgeous pool, petting zoo, dog park, basketball courts, playground and beautiful trails throughout. I highly recommend this campground. Plus there is a cute little food shop in the main store. I also had the most precious neighbors. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.
Hickory Hills is absolutely amazing! We’ve visited many parks, both state and privately owned, and none of them compare to this one. After camping here twice, we knew this was the place for us and decided to become seasonal campers. From the moment you arrive, the incredible staff makes you feel welcome, and you instantly become part of the Hickory Hills community. The team goes above and beyond to ensure every camper feels at home. Huge thanks to James, Rick, and Casey for making our transition from weekenders to seasonal campers seamless—they truly make us feel like family. We’re so grateful for this beautiful place, its wonderful staff, and the countless family-centered activities it offers. We can’t wait to make many more cherished memories at Hickory Hills!
