The Ridge Outdoor Resort

This resort is absolutely incredible! I highly recommend this resort. The sites are all very large, all cement, the bathrooms are stunning, the pools are gorgeous, they have an amazing , very large conference center. They have premium sites that have a hot tub, grill, propane fire pits.close to all the attractions and tins of restaurants.

We stayed in a tiny home again. Love it! Has all amenities. Weather was freezing while we were there but stayed comfortable with all the heat sources available in the home. Staff is awesome from the office to maintenance. It's near Dollywood, restaurants and shopping but quiet and beautiful setting. This is our go to when we need a mountain get away! We always recommend to our family and friends!

This was one of the best experiences we have ever had at an RV Resort! The staff were welcoming and friendly, the layout of the resort was awesome and the two pools were amazing!!! It was a bit chilly when we went, but we enjoyed the hot tub daily!! The bath houses are clean and huge!!! It is perfectly located to be out of the main traffic but close enough to easily enjoy everything! The events and food trucks were a fantastic surprise that we loved! The Deli was our favorite breakfast during our stay! We will have to try the lunch during our stay next time! We have already re booked our next stay!

We love this campground!! The design and layout of the campsites are a nice size and well manicured. The location is perfect and close to everything. We enjoy camping and ever since we found The Ridge we always stay here. Each year we come back they have added something new. I love both pools and the lazy river is a nice addition. The bath and laundry areas are very clean. We just spent the last two weeks here and had the best time camping with our friends. The staff are nice and pleasant and we have already talked about booking our next visit.

We have been camping for over 15 years and The Ridge is our go-to campground when we are in the Smokies. The staff are always friendly, the sites are awesome clean, beautifully landscaped and level. The maintenance crew do an awesome job and are willing to help you in any way if you need them. There are dog parks throughout the park, two beautiful pools and bathhouses and laundry are very upscale. We cannot say enough about The Ridge. And if you have an issue with your RV there are RV repairs close by and a pet hotel.

This is a very nice campground, and very close to everything, yet seems removed from the hustle and bustle of the area. We had a buddy site with our friends and the campsites were perfect. Plenty of room on each, and very easy to get into. The bathhouse was spotless. The staff were all very friendly. My only complaints were that the golf simulator was broken and reading other reviews seems has been broke for awhile. The other complaint is the band they put on your wrist and say you need to keep it on for your stay. It is not a removable band, and when going out to do off site activities I don’t need to have a wrist band from the park on. Also, we stayed for a week, quite a long time to wear the band. A rubber removable band would be a much better option. Still give the park 5 stars, and definitely will be back.

This was our 3rd stay at The Ridge and it was awesome as usual! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The sites are huge and level. We splurged on a Signature Site and now we are spoiled - my son enjoyed the hot tub every day. The bathrooms are amazing - very clean and spacious. The resort is located far enough but close enough to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We love staying here so much that we booked another stay halfway through this vacation - can’t wait to come back!

Our first time staying here and what a GREAT campground. Very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back. Just remember, you get what you pay for and this campground is priced in accordance to their accommodations.

Start with the good. We camped here in our fifth wheel in March 25. 1 row up from the bottom in an upgraded but not premium spot. Had good level stamped concrete of more than ample size for our 36’ fifth wheel and truck. There was a nice gas fire pit that worked correctly ever time and it was nice to just turn the timer dial to start it. We paid a reduced discounted rate less than $500 for 5 nights so that was good. There was a lot of road noise with trucks and semis since it is on a major road and that was irritating and disrupting, however, I think that is a spot selection. Maybe the road noise wouldn’t be as bad up on the hill near the clubhouse or the further you get from the road. Also, our spot was too far from showers, pools, hot tub, and other amenities and the hills are something to deal with so I felt inclined to drive everywhere. The golf simulator didn’t work the week we were here and wow the clubhouse is visually nice, it was scarcely stocked.

We took a last minute trip to TN had never been before. Found this place on google we took our RV and rented a jeep and golf cart right there from them. It was very clean and very friendly and helpful staff. Close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We had the best time!
