Great location, cozy hotel with ample parking included. The rooms are updated and clean. Bathrooms are roomy with great rain shower feature and heated floors, which is a nice touch. For downtown Jackson, the price was unbeatable especially in the peak of ski season. Included breakfast had a ton of options. I often have a hard time sleeping in hotels, but I slept so well here and never heard people in the hall or next door, which I really appreciated! Will be my go to hotel for future visits!
I’ve been staying at this hotel for a winter ski trip for many years now. The recent renovation has made the property even better! The staff is always so friendly, the shuttles are a great feature, breakfast is good/ consistent, tea/ coffee/ water in the lobby + evening cookies are great. I recommend booking a suite in the main building :-) there are 3 other buildings on the property, if you stay in those you will have to cut across the outdoor parking lot to reach the main building for breakfast, coffee tea.
Cozy and rustic vibe. There's a lot of details in the room. You can park right outside your room, which is like a high end motel. They put the Roxy wolf stuffed toy on your bed and that was cute! Couple of EV chargers at the parking. Breakfast is decent.
Have been traveling with friends and family to mountain towns for most of my life. Rockwell Inn is the perfect ski town home base. Our updated room had everything we could need, and the heated bathroom floor coupled with the rain shower was a welcome luxury after a day on the trails. The breakfast area was bright and cozy, food was great and staff was welcoming. This was an exceptional deal for the location and I’m excited to return.
Excellent location. Free breakfast, cookies, coffee, hot chocolate and cider. I love the heated tile in our room. Friendly staff. You can easily walk to town. The rooms are spacious. Pool is small, but my kids still enjoyed it. Laundry facilities available.
