What a truly special place! Surrounded by beautiful tall trees with an amazing ocean view, it is the perfect place to just be. The cabin is modern but cozy with all the amenities you need for a getaway. The outdoor bath tub will make you never want to leave. The friendly hosts are super accommodating. Highly recommend The Surf!

We had a wonderful stay at Aletta's place! From booking to check-in and during our stay, communication with Aletta was seamless and she was quick to respond. The location was perfectly as expected, a close drive to tons of hikes to beaches along the Juan de Fuca, and the views from the cabin, stunning. We had everything we needed to prepare some easy meals at the cabin and enjoyed them at the little table in the kitchen or outside with a beautiful water view. The king sized bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower was spa-like! We stayed with our 15-month old toddler, and our small travel crib fit perfectly in between the bed and wall in the bedroom. There would have also been space for it in the living room. All in all, I highly recommend and would stay at Aletta's again in a heartbeat!

This cabin is amazing. Perfect for 2 people. Cozy, well equipped, right on the water, off the beaten path. It has everything you need and more. We sat and watched the sunset from the deck most evenings and walked to the ocean to see the sufers in the mornings. Highly recommend.

Aletta and her husband are incredible, and thoughtful hosts. The space is very comfortable, the decor sets the perfect atmosphere and we are excited to come back!
