save ur money and don’t go here. we booked a nicer room (what looked to be) on booking.com, after filtering in pet friendly. upon arrival they informed us the room we had booked was not pet friendly and we would basically be downgraded. (didn’t refund the difference for the worse room and made us pay an extra $25 for a pet fee). once my husband informed me of what happened i was pretty upset, as it was not the hotel we were expecting, and instead a ran down dirty motel. we went to check the room out before bringing anything up. it had a very strong musty odor and didn’t seem very clean, the pictures online were very deceiving. my husband went back to the service desk to let them know it was not going to work for us, the lady had a very poor attitude and told us we could talk to the manager in the morning, which made no sense considering we were checking out the next morning. after going back and forth a while she gave him the phone number of the manager, Don. in the car we made the phone call, Don seemed friendly and understanding and told us we would be refunded our money. we took our business elsewhere and booked a MUCH nicer and cleaner hotel (which also happened to be cheaper). Then today we were informed from booking.com that they only agreed to refund $10.41. so we still had to pay money to stay there when we didn’t and they wasted hours and hours of our time. horrible service to work with, don’t say you’re giving a refund to only give us a measly $10.41.
Overall great experience! I was a little skeptical at first but we seriously could not have made a better choice. The rooms are a little on the cozy side and our bathroom was small as well but they’re updated and clean. The room is so cute! It was just my husband and I traveling so the room size was not an issue for us as to those traveling with a larger group. I also read reviews about the shower water pressure being low which was accurate but was not terrible enough for me to want to complain about it. The breakfast was good pancakes, sausage, eggs, huge bagels and much more. We stayed for two nights and while we were gone we left the ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door and when we got back the housekeeper still left us fresh clean towels tied in a plastic bag and left it on our door knob (that was nice!). Right on the strip! We didn’t have to drive at all until we left the strip for further adventures. If amenities are the least of your worries this place is for you. Seriously can’t beat it especially for the price!
Great place! The room was very clean and every room has a balcony! Location is perfect. The staff was very helpful and nice. Jacuzzi tub was very large and clean 👌. Over all we are very happy. And they are pet friendly!
Great location but the room was definitely not cleaned properly. There was hair all along the shower wall and it smelt of BO. The fitted sheet wouldn’t even stay on the bed (and honestly who knows if that was replaced before we arrived) The breakfast was okay, not great by any means but if you get there early you get a decent meal. Location is great for all the Main Street activities. Edit: room cleaning was by and left the hallway FILLED with sheets and trash. This was taken midday and it’s now night and still there.
Paid for double kind suite with mtn view which runs $119. Got the room key and when I opened the door, SURPRISE! People already in the room. A half naked guy was getting it off the shower and a woman was in the bed. Went to the front desk. They put us in another room, but it was the deluxe double queen room with a private balcony and view of the parking lot, which runs $94 a night. Front desk agent said it was the same room. Did not offer to refund the price difference for a 3 night stay Dec. 24-27. Do not stay here. There are better places.
