The way is a nice resort as big and has a lot of service which I like. Nice pool big lots to park your RV.
We were just there for a day visit with friends. This is a beautiful park. It has a security gate, you cannot get in unless you are let in by a resident. Lots of dogs and parties, friendly residents. This park is 55 and over. A mixture of homes and RV's. Most people stay about 6 months. Most places have a pond on the back. the neighbor had an alligator sunning on his property. The pool, hot tub, and patio area are very new, updated, and looks beautiful!
This was our first winter staying at the Waves. Miriam and Chad do an excellent job running the place. Super kind and courteous. Met some really nice people. Some recommendations: If you are there for an extended time, I recommend a pad further back in the resort away from the main road. It can be very noisy. We booked a pad for 2025 further back in the resort. Also, I would hope the resort would enforce people putting flags, banners, etc on there site showing their political opinions. Other places we stay don’t allow that. I would hope the waves will enforce this a little better in the future.
Kudos to the maintenance staff here. They seem to be able to do everything, and are constantly working, no matter the heat, to keep this place at its best. We especially commend the woman who takes care of the pool area--she is a delight. Thanks, all, for doing such a good job. Thanks, also to the many hardworking, conscientious people who live here and who are willing to help out their neighbors.
This is a wonderful park. I stayed there last season and had the best experience. There are many activities filled with wonderful friends. The pool and spa were warm and clean along with all the other facilities. The girl in the office is very knowledgeable and friendly. The park is has wide streets and huge cement pads that were able accommodate our 45 foot motorhome. Pet friendly and is close to beaches and shopping. I will be returning for years to come. Love this park!!
