The Y Campground

I recently had the pleasure of staying in the "Cozy Cabin" at The Y Campground & Cabins in Salesville, AR, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. This newly remodeled cabin has a retro lake cabin vibe that instantly transports you to a simpler time. The cabin was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. A new AC unit and portable dehumidifier cooled that cabin quickly and efficiently! The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals (coffee is included!), and the spacious bathroom with toiletries was a welcome surprise for a cozy cabin. The location of the cabin was perfect, nestled in the beautiful natural surroundings of The Norfork River and Lake Norfork. It was the perfect mix of seclusion and convenience, with plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy nearby. Overall, my stay at the "Cozy Cabin" was nothing short of perfect. I will definitely be returning in the future and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Once again Cheryl was the perfect host for our second stay at her cabin. It is the most delightful, beautiful and cozy place to stay in Salesville AR! Our recent stay was a brief one, but we were delighted to be able to stay at one of her places. She is a host extraordinaire!! We were having troubles getting the hang of making the heat work and late at night she graciously came over and helped us make it work. So extremely kind of her and we even had some great laughs about how inept my husband and I were. You won't be disappointed if you stay at the Y Campground. Cozy, well-stocked, and comfortable cabin. Thoroughly enjoyed a nice weekend getaway. Short driving distance to the lake, river, and the local fish hatchery. Highly recommend !

I had an extended stay at the Y campground and had a great experience. The cabin had the simplicity I was looking for with my get away. Very at home with a throw back twist feel. One of my favorite things to do was to simply drive around the area. With the lake and river both near by its a great location for sight seeing.

Cheryl is an excellent host and she keeps her place up very nicely. Great communication and super friendly are some of her many skills! We will be back!
