Bad road and if go elsewhere you will get ticketed for trespassing. One rancher thinks he owns the blm and USFS land. Overgrazed too. BLM doesn’t take care of the road Campground is awesome
I'd give it 5 stars if the road wasn't beat down by four wheelers..... It is good for a day camp or hike, and I wouldn't try to drive all the way through, maybe park somewhere legal and walk to your camp spot. The road is terrible. Also, wish people picked up after themselves. It was sad to see toilet paper and beer cans left in the open.
No bathrooms. No one knows how to bury their wait so it is all over. Plus animals broke into our tents while we were there. Road was absolutely treacherous. We got stuck and had to come back. Not drivable even with a little rain Would not go back.
Great hike, horrible road to get to the trailhead.
Great views
