What a wonderful spot. We pulled up by Ladysmith and we called late, about 9:45 p.m. , the gentleman was so helpful. We set up as quietly as we could and left early the next a.m.. very nice campground.
In 2019 my family and I took a camping trip to Ladysmith Wisconsin and one of the spots we stopped at was the Thorapple River Campground. While we were there, we were very pleased. The owner's were super friendly. They have all the amenities that you could think of they had beautiful campsites to beautiful scenery. In my opinion I would recommend this place to others.
I loved this campground. I had a nice hot shower. I was able to dump my RV waste no fee. The grounds were beautiful and the camp hosts/owners were very nice.
Very much enjoyed the river setting, quietness & great sky. $40 for water and electricity can't beat it!
Love this campground the sites are right along the river and they sell firewood there for $7 per bundle.
