Great, big sites spaced far apart. Located about 17 miles from Bend. Very pretty trees. No services! No propane (it sits there). Store and rec hall all closed and not being used. Only 1 dump station working of 2 and it had broken parts. With well over 200 w/e sites. Lovely cabins and yurts to rent. It's such a shame that this huge park is not being kept up. It could be a showpiece! Sad.

As a Lifetime Elite member who invested over $10,000, I am very disappointed with the upkeep at Thousand Trails Bend-Sunriver. The maintenance at this park is horrendous. Everything is overgrown, the weeds covering the sidewalks near the clubhouse. The horseshoe pits are neglected and look like they haven't been maintained in a long time. Overall, the park looks run-down and uncared for. While the sites themselves are spacious and fairly level, all of them only offer power and water hookups—no sewer. For a full-time RVer like myself, this is a hassle, as it means constantly needing to find a way to dump your tanks, which is not ideal for those staying longer. On top of the poor maintenance, the park seems to attract a customer base with RVs in very poor condition, which takes away from the overall experience. Booking this park, as with most Thousand Trails locations, was also difficult despite being a Lifetime member. It’s clear that Thousand Trails prioritizes selling spots to the public over accommodating the people who’ve made a significant investment in their company. If you’re considering a Lifetime Elite membership, I wouldn’t recommend it. A basic membership will get you access to these parks without the frustration of trying to get value out of an expensive membership that the company doesn’t seem to uphold with proper upkeep or respect for its members.

Out of all the Thousand Trails I have visited in the past few years this is the most beat, run down, and gross location. Even after bringing the cleanliness of our cabin to the managers attention nothing was done. The bathroom wasn't clean in our cabin, the ac was clogged with dust and dirt, the TV didn't work at all upon arrival and the back was covered in cobwebs and dirt. These are the conditions where dust mites live and bacteria grows. The pools were finally open though. Yayee! - The hot tub was not that hot and smelled like mold and algae and the water was cloudy. Be aware that this location is not as it appears.

I've seen a lot of complaints. Yes, the amenities need a lot of work like putt putt and Frisbee golf. However, the spaces are huge and clean. It was very quiet. I loved the pool! The pool furniture is so flimsy that if you brace yourself to get up, then you'll break the chair.

The staff is always friendly each time I visit- I’m a local so it’s often. The sights are clean and the pool is awesome! My kids love the mini golf and horse shoe! Right next to Mt. Bachelor and the cascade lakes. My family loves this place and I would highly recommend Glamping here!
