**Embarrassing Experience at Carolina Landing RV Resort** Where do I even begin? The way the staff treated me and my pets at this park was nothing short of appalling. I honestly can't believe how unprofessional and inconsiderate they were. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. I had reserved a full hookup spot, but they gave me one with no sewer connection. And not only that, it was on a hill, making it impossible for us to park for THREE hours. After that, we spent another TWO hours trying to find another spot, but they were all in terrible shape—no full hookups, on hills, or just not usable. I was told that even the empty spots were "reserved," but after being here for days, I see many of them sitting unused. Eventually, we found a spot without sewer hookup, but at 10 pm, they shut off the electricity with no warning, leaving us freezing in 25-degree weather. with no electric heater because we don’t use gas. This is NOT okay. It’s supposed to be a peaceful, relaxing stay, but instead, it’s been nothing but stress and frustration. The next day, I received a message offering me a full hookup spot due to a cancellation—so I had to disassemble everything and move, adding more stress and unnecessary work. The real issue here is how I was treated when it comes to my three dogs. I have them fenced in at my site because it’s on a hill, and I put leashes on them when I take them outsidecuz is easy for me there is no space in my parking is a hill But today, the office staff actually had the audacity to tell me off for this—telling me I have to leash them *inside* the RV. Are you serious? She didn’t even give me the chance to explain; she just stood there and watched, making me feel harassed. I’m paying to stay here, and yet, I feel like I’m being treated like a criminal for simply trying to let my dogs get some fresh air. And if that wasn’t bad enough, I’ve been told that my dogs are not allowed outside in their fenced area unless I’m physically with them. This is *insane.* The area is completely enclosed, and they should have the freedom to relax as they please. This park’s staff should be embarrassed by their behavior. They lack any basic understanding of hospitality, and frankly, it feels like they’re more concerned with controlling guests than providing a welcoming environment. If you’re looking for a place to feel relaxed and enjoy your time, do yourself a favor and avoid Carolina Landing. This has been one of the most frustrating, exhausting, and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had at an RV park.

I stayed 2 weeks, the park was nice. The sites where varied. I got a smaller site with no sewer, which is fine, I can go 2 weeks on my tanks, and dump at there station on the way out. It was cozy. I dealt with Christina & Craig, they were very nice and helpful.

Staff is Wonderful. Long term residents are not. First, this is a great park and staff are wonderful. But every long-term resident we encountered was at minimum unfriendly and acted like anyone else was impeding on their space. If you have kids and are only staying a week or so, make sure you are with them so they don't get yelled at.

This is a nice, quiet park with a nice pool and other facilities. Like most other TT parks, it shows its age and needs some TLC. The sites are adequate, but not very roomy. There is lake access both on the park property and just down the road at a recreation area. The laundry room is app or card only. **Note that there is no shade for non-annuals site holders** so for those that prefer shade during hot weather, it is better to visit in cooler weather. There is very little to do in the immediate area, so be aware that you either need to be content with what the park has to offer, bring something with you to have fun on the lake with, or be willing to drive at least 45min to the nearest bigger city.

RV sites are right on top of each other and not level, but the people are great. Got a text invite to the covered dish Christmas dinner which was quite a surprise. Everything was so good and the full-timers certainly have made it a cozy community.

One of my favorite places to stay! This place is absolutely beautiful. The people here are helpful & kind. If you're looking for the beauty of nature, this is a good place to be. Put a window bird feeder out, take a hike, walk through the woods, sit by the lake! The sites themselves are mostly uneven & can run small but once you're set up, it's all worth it!

Whoever takes care of this part in fair play, need to be fired and somebody else needs to take care of it. Because everything is never been updated. I am very disappointed in this and do not like it won't go back until everything is back to where it should be the park has not been update and years. I don't recommend having to not have sewage. And restrooms, dirty and look like they're from the 1960s, I thought it was ridiculous. The girls in the office were good. The young man on the Golf cart, it helped us in the park. We're good. The people that are in charge of taking care of the park as far as the handyman, they suck.

We came to SC to visit a dear friend and we stayed at the Thousand Trails Landing. Donna and Christina were wonderful and attentive. The cabin was clean and the beds were comfy. We will definitely stay here on our next trip!
