What a great place in a great location. It needs some overall beautification but has great bones to work with. It seriously needs some water. It looks like it was over grown at some point but the new manager, Nick, is doing a great job. He is very accommodating and friendly and I have no doubt he will have this place tip top in no time. Don't get me wrong. It is not bad now. Just very dry. Some water and grass seed would go a long way. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful location but the campground needs A LOT of work! Hopefully new management will make the much needed repairs to bring this place up to par. Staff are very nice and accommodating but spots are rough! Super dirty so plan accordingly!!!

WHAT could be a beautiful fun restort.. lacking in many ways.. many open spots but we weren't allowed to move our camper to a more suited location for our group. Went to the jacuzzi and pool, and was already closed at 7pm on a very hot sunny day, went early morning for a jacuzzi soak, didn't open till 11am when it's 80 degrees, pool was full of dirt and bugs, sites weren't landscaped, and way overgrown or dead grass. Our sprinkler system didn't come on once in 4 days. VOLLEYBALL was fun, this place has a ton of potential if you make your amenities and ambience attractive and in working order. It looks nothing like the photos on the website. Sani can at the pool yuk, nowhere to rinse ,wash hands feet ... really hope this potentially beautiful place gets a remodel.

I recently called and left a voicemail at the CB Park Ranger Station about getting a storage site to use for our little trailer for the upcoming season and information regarding my first trip which is coming up. Nick the new On-site Manager called me back and answered all my questions. After my phone call with Nick I feel confident that the park is on the right direction and he acknowledged how much my wife and I as a guest mean to the company after many many years going to CB Thousand Trails. Thanks Nick for all your time and help, we look forward to the Summer at CB!!

Under new management. The verdict is still out. The location is really the best you could ask for, but everything will be determined about the company’s dedication to getting the place in great shape. We will review it again once we see how the new manager does with the place this upcoming year.
