Customer Reviews
The RV spots are mostly pretty good and have an average space between them...for the most part. Power was good. Water was fine. Dump station OK, except one has the hose connector removed and unusable for most RV's. Main gripe: Online registration instruction are not correct. Was berated by the host for showing up 30 minutes early....but nobody at the guard house to stop. Had to go all the way back to the entrance to pick up their packet, which was supposed to be in a box at the guard house. Second problem: Unlike many other Thousand Trails that will receive packages for free (especially for medications), my wife's important, required medications would cost $10/package here. More than any other place I've ever been. Not very hospitable. Plenty of space for packages in their large office. The pool is great. Very dry at the end of summer/fall. Probably nicer in the winter and spring. Not sure if we will return or not.
Bathrooms were not cleaned regularly. Other than that, this TT was pretty nice. The location is very convenient. They have hookups but no sewer to connect to. They do have dump stations, though. Really great staff and a great stay.
this place is an actual hell hole... the power has been out for the entire campground for 3 days, the employees have abandoned the site (nowhere to be found) and it's entirely flooded as it is not designed to drain in the rain....bc the Pacific Ocean is brand new and it never rains LOL what an incredibly disgusting, dirty, freezing cold ish show. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
No septic hookups. $40 for service to empty at site. No Tmobile cell service. A good number of sites are closed. About half sites are fairly level. Most sites are pretty close together. Treed areas for shade. Lots of trash on ground at our site. Very dusty roads, car needs a wash after we leave. Bathroom E has been gross. Replacing the old yucky shower curtains will help a lot. $10 fee on pkgs delivered. No store. Pool, bball ok. Puttputt old but still a fun challenge. Need new set of bocci balls. Laundry $3 wash, $2 for 40 min. Location is about 15 minutes from either Gilroy or Morgan. Going towards Gilroy is a nice drive on wine trail by vineyards and farms.
No Hot Tub. No store. Property is in fine area way away from town and no food on property. Would be nice to have taco or food truck of some sort possibly daily. Laundry machines need more thorough frequent cleaning lots of hair and dirt. Has Nice pool just not heated. Good showers. Occasionally Some lite activity scheduled usually in summer.
