Not a great stay. It would have been a comfortable stay except for all the squatters. The place was messy, the store had only a few items, the hot tub was closed, the grass was not maintained. It looks like it was probably a beautiful resort 20 years ago and someone just let it go. We ended up leaving early. The squatters next to us were a family… 2 adults, 3 children. The adults fought the entire time we were there, even through the night and early morning as well as yelling at their kids non stop. It was not relaxing. Relaxing is what we were looking for.
The Part of campground down steep hill from water tower. Spaces too small for today's size RV retailer leaving no place to park, Or walk out of RV without being on a slop (slippery when wet). It would be nice if they could combine spaces and level..... this side only at best a 4th full and the longest site a occurred be full time residents. The only bathroom on this side half closed
This place is isolated and quiet beautiful. I often see deer here. The staff are kind and helpful. The pools are well kept and so are the facilities. On a holiday weekend it will definitely be packed. My kids love this place.
This park is big and beautiful but there is always problems with the pools and hot tub is never working. This labor day only the small pool was heated. Last time we were here in May the pool was closed 2 out of the 4 days we were here . It's getting old and thinking about staying somewhere else next year.
Big RV park located about 1 hour away from the Mt Rainier and Mt St Helens. Mostly pull through spots some with full hookups. Some shade some in the sun, you can really choose what you like here. Plenty of walking trails, pool, dog park, playground and many more activities available. The park is great for stargazing. Our spot was long , kind of leveled we had full hookups and good Verizon and T mobile services. Roads in the park are gravel or dirt, mostly leveled but narrow.
Great place for families to camp! We did tent camping with some friends and their children. A lot of things for kids to do. Fishing, basketball courts, playground. There is a pool but it was not open for the season yet. Great trail to walk and dog park. Beautiful lake! Would recommend and hope to go back!
We were the only tent campers, so we had the area to ourselves!! Close top the ponds and restrooms. Very nice employees, nice park. Dog park area still needed to be cleaned up, otherwise was a great weekend in a beautiful setting...
This park is down a couple narrow roads from the main highway. Once we arrived at the campground the ranger at the booth couldn’t even tell us how to get to our site as she didn’t know which way we needed to pull through. We ended ip having to circle the park and come back to the entrance to come in a different way. Our site was horribly sloped and we couldn’t even get level with our Anderson levelers. The site was also extremely tight turning in as the dirt roads between sites are extremely narrow. Tons of the sites were open an available but Thousand Trails keeps screwing us all with assigned sites.
