really beautiful river area nearby 😍. I arrived at night so I was pretty on edge (being a solo female traveler). but it always feels way safer in the morning. each site has a covered picnic table area and a fire pit pretty cute. enough privacy from neighboring camp sites. payment is self-service.

Beautiful location, considerably cooler in temp as you're sitting in the western foothills of Sierra Blanca. Up a long, maintained, dirt road, but at site there are toilets, good tent areas, and water. We ended up not staying only because we were there to watch Persied shower August 11-12, and this location was not optimal for that.

Absolutely love this little campgroud. Ive been Staying ahead of the winter weather. Three River Campgroud has re opened after several fires. It's been more or less shutdown for 13 years.. it's still winter here, so $6 a night for a great site, canapy and fire ring. There's is a whole mountain to hike with lots of elk shards we our told. Though I've heard that at least 4 truckloads have been taken out already this spring.. :( just over that mountain is Ruidoso Ski Apachie. #DCollins #delajunta #art #photography #3river #threerivercampground #NMexico

what up my yaners?! i loved camping here with my homeskillets! the nice elderly gentleman was very helpful when we entered the campground and made sure we had a great experience. the other campers and hikers were also quite jovial. but i accidentally touched stinging nettle and it hurt a bit 😞 but then we made burgers and that was pretty 🔥🔥🔥!
