Ticaboo Lodge

This visit was terrible. The beds in our room were horrible. Very hard/springy mattresses that made noise every time you moved. They have 2 ice machines however they were out of order for the full 3 days we were there. (They offered to sell you an 8lb bag for $5 but you don’t need that much when you just want to fill your drink cups with ice. They have a washer and dryer but the dryer was out of service as well. The curtains are too long for the window so if you close them it covered the A/C vent. We’ve stayed there several times before but didn’t have all these issues. Maybe they have replaced some mattresses with better ones? We ended up leaving one night early even though we had to pay for the night due to the cancellation policy because the beds were so uncomfortable we didn’t want another night without sleep. Don’t think we will stay there again.

Great hotel for a weekend stay at lake Powell! Rooms were super clean, the staff was so friendly and helpful! The gas Bbq grills are so nice to have available for dinner after a day on the lake! We will definitely stay again on our next lake Powell adventure!

Resort is a little dated - with the correct owner willing to invest in updating the bathrooms, beds, furniture, etc. it could really be a very nice resort. But loved the greeting and the warm, friendly service we received from Maddy upon check-in. 5-star service - the resort just needs some updating.

We stay at Ticaboo Lodge every year (more than once if we can swing it!). The rooms are spacious and there are connecting rooms available. That works great for our large family! We bring coolers of food and use it as base camp for our time on the lake. It is so conveniently located! The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The AC works and the pool is refreshing. My only complaint is that with the recent room refresh (in some of the rooms) some of the lighting has been removed and not replaced. It makes those rooms quite dark. We have made great memories here over the years and hope to make many more!

The Ticaboo Lodge is amazing! The rooms are newly remodeled, clean, and well appointed. The price per night is very reasonable for the location. The Hotel staff are very helpful and very friendly. I will be staying with the Ticaboo Lodge on my next visit to Lake Powell.
