Here’s what our customers have to say about their experience at Timber Creek Chalets:
- "There are so many good things to say about this place. First, it was clean, and second, it was stocked above my expectations. The kitchen had nice dishes, and the pots and pans were of good quality. The microwave was big enough to cook a turkey in. They supplied seasoning packets, along with olive oil and coffee, for your convenience. Beds were comfy, and sheets were nice, soft, and warm."
- "This was our first time staying at Timber Creek Chalet and we loved it. There were a few things that I feel could have been better, but we would go back to stay. We were in number 8 and there are two bathrooms, but both were downstairs. The sofa sleeper was super uncomfortable and was broke so we had to have maintenance come look at it. There was no light in our room only a lamp but then the light bulb burned out. We asked if someone could come vacuum but was told that service isn't offered during our stay. There was 7 of us in one cabin for four days. The game/rec room was not the greatest, one pool table, that was it. With that said, we will definitely return."

The microwave was big enough to cook a turkey in. They supplied seasoning packets, along with olive oil and coffee, for your convenience. Beds were comfy, and sheets were nice, soft, and warm. The ONLY little nick picks, was you had to pre-order your towels for the entire stay. The ad mentions a heated pool, so we all brought swim suits to go, and it said closed for the season.

Stayed 4 nights. Enjoyed our stay. Pros: decent price, comfy beds (even sofa bed!) Has a dishwasher. Great water pressure and full bathtub. Great heated pool kept very clean by sweet lady named Karolyn. Cons: floors needed a good cleaning--hardwood and area rug. Fireplace pilot light was on the first 2 days which made it hot inside. After a couple of requests, it was turned off which made it much more comfortable.
Stayed in chalet #12 which was a beautiful, big and spacious cabin. Just a couple miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park but it was quiet. Super easy check in with all details emailed to you the day before along with access code so you don't have to worry about keys or arriving before main office closes. You won't be disappointed. Only cons are I wish the pool and rec room were open for more hours
One of the worst places we've ever stayed in Estes! We could immediately tell it's had a lot of "lipstick" applied but it's still a pig. Uncomfortable beds, uncomfortable furniture, floors were not clean, had to be very careful opening the dishwasher because the fridge sticks out too far, takes forever to get hot water, fireplace smell was overwhelming, had to buy a scented candle to get rid of it. And now a family has come in unit above and we can actually hear them talking and the kids chasing each other through the place. It's absolutely horrible and we have two more nights of this!!!! Oh, and the hot tub and grill were both cleaned today and both people actually looked in our window!! 😲😠
