Here’s what some of our satisfied customers have to say:
- "I stayed here for 4 nights with my boyfriend and we loved it! Accommodation is inflated in the glacier area during the summer months and this was very affordable. We stayed in a lodge room which was very cozy and comfortable. It had a shared bathroom which was impeccably clean and mostly empty. The showers were piping hot and felt great, with good water pressure. We had a bad experience staying in a cabin on the east side of the park and asked to extend our stay here an extra night at the last minute. They were so accommodating and additionally the ladies at the office were so sweet! Highly recommend and hope to stay here again!"
- "Wonderful place! Fantastic location. Stayed in a pioneer cabin. It was way easier than bringing camping supplies cross country. Staff was friendly. Cabin and bathrooms were clean. Coin operated showers were hot with great pressure. Location, again, was absolutely perfect."
- "People thought it was crazy to stay in a cabin without electricity, but it was totally fine. We brought granola and jerky, spent most of the day in the park, and would drive somewhere nearby for dinner. Already talking about visiting again next year and staying here again."

Had a wonderful stay at the Timber Wolf Resort! Checkin instructions were clear and easy to follow. We were assigned a room in the guest house/commons building. The room was clean and as described. In close proximity to Glacier NP and other activities. Felt safe with a gated entry and security codes for building entrances. The bathroom was located down the hall from our room with 2 showers/toilets. One other item worth mentioning was that we could hear other visitors enter the building up until 10pm (when access is restricted). Other than that we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to others!
Timber Wolf Resort a great place to stay. We tented and the site was clean and well kept. The facility was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The promised hot showers was exactly that, hot and so nice after a day of hiking. The owners and employees were extremely kind and made sure to have a fun activity for our kids. We will be back :)
This was a very last minute "staycation" after our camping plans fell through, & the kids had their hearts set on "camping" while we were away so I decided to splurge on a cabin with electricity. We got a "deal" because the booking was available last minute, but it was still pricey. Not sure it was worth what we paid after we got there & saw what we were getting, so more of a cost seems outrageous. The place was cute, beds & bathrooms were clean, we were able to bbq on-site. Wish they offered more in the gift shop along the lines of food, especially breakfast food. Chips & ice cream are all you're getting there. At the least, the warm showers should have been included in the pricing, and/or some breakfast items.(ie muffins, bagels, coffee, tea) At about 2am an alarm was going off for quite some time, we assumed it was the septic system or some other system on the property. I do realize it probably costs a decent amount to keep a place like this running, & they are only 10 min from Glacier, & about 40 min to Flathead, so I get being able to charge in a desirable area, but the cost still may be a bit high. Under normal circumstances we probably would have opted to just camp out & save $$$
This place was fantastic! We booked for 2 nights initially in 1 of the cabins and quickly added a 3rd while it was still available. The cabins are simple but not as rustic as other listings elsewhere. There were 2 double bunk beds with fresh linens, electricity which included lights, a mini fridge and a wall heater if needed. Each cabin has a firepit, and 2 adirondack chairs. A small bucket of firewood could be purchased. The owner met us with warm hospitality. The entire place includes an RV park, camping spots for tent camping and even some indoor spaces for a bed and breakfast. There are hot showers for a small charge, a free book exchange which my oldest daughter enjoyed. A fun playground on site with a pirate ship climbing thing, and a fun game on the premises for kids to hunt for Big Foot. We were only 10 minutes from west glacier park and managed to get up and get into the park before it opened at 6. The only down side was our cabin was on the lower end of the resort and thus we had more road noise, probably the upper cabins were more shielded. All in all, this was such a small setback it would not stop us from coming back or recommending this to anyone else we know traveling to northwest Montana. Top points for quaintness, hospitality and location and price!
