Timberland Campground

Don’t miss this gem! The owners, Scott and Megan are amazing people who truly care about your happiness and experience while staying at this campground. The spots are spacious, well manicured, clean and have all amenities in good working order. The cabins are nothing short of amazing. The bathrooms and pool are spotless, well-maintained, and very safe. The manicured field and walkway to the river are both beautiful and very welcoming. The Adirondack chairs by the river beckon your attention. We had a reunion with 25 members. Scott and Megan made sure all of our requests were fulfilled and promptly handled. We chose this campground based on several factors including location (minutes from trails, lakes, eateries and Mt Washington), cleanliness, natural features, amenities (laundry, spotless showers, group pavilion, etc), and the overwhelming support from owners. Their attention to detail is absolutely wonderful. You must experience this campground. A ride on the fire truck is a memory that will last forever.

Another amazing weekend at timberland! My family can’t say enough good things about this campground. The cabins are adorable and cozy, the pool is always clean and warm, the staff is incredible, and the owners Meg and Scott are top tier people! We come with a big group so I have been able to check out the different site options. Cabins are so clean, the rvs have all the extra amenities and the raw sites are so well maintained. We had a lot of friends there but we also met some other groups enjoying their time and everyone is always so nice. The vibes here are immaculate. A must stay ✌🏻 & ♥️

Pride of ownership! The owners are taking amazing care of this campground and are willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay wonderful. Great trails down by the river. Beautiful area. Clean restrooms and showers. Gameroom. Lending library with books and DVDs. Very enjoyable stop in New Hampshire.

In the course of my extensive travels, I have had the opportunity to experience a wide range of campgrounds, from those located in remote wilderness areas to those situated in convenient urban settings. Despite this diversity, I have yet to encounter a campground that truly embodies the spirit of hospitality and familial warmth, regardless of the duration of one's stay or their level of experience. Timberland Campground in New Hampshire, owned by Mr. Scott and his wife Megan offer a welcoming and secure environment for campers and their families. The campground fosters a sense of community, with regular cookouts, campfires, and riverside relaxation activities. The owners and fellow campers prioritize safety and ensure a positive experience for all visitors. Despite the distance from Greenville, SC, I make every effort to visit Timberland Campground as frequently as possible. The owners and their pets create a warm and inviting atmosphere, making guests feel like part of an extended family. The campground store offers a variety of merchandise, including stickers, local maple syrup, and branded apparel. These items serve as mementos of the enjoyable camping experience and support the local community. Overall, Timberland Campground exceeds expectations and provides an exceptional camping experience. From the engaging activities to the friendly atmosphere, it caters to the needs and desires of campers, ensuring a memorable and safe stay.

Such an amazing small campground. Very, very helpful, accommodating owners. Check in was easy, nice level campsites for our 23’ camper. Nice little hiking area toward the back of the campground and easy driving to other small towns and Mt Washington. Nice facilities and the campground was quiet (fall camping). We would definitely stay here again in the future.
