Beautiful scenery and you might see a moose or two. A primitive campground and the road is a bit rough, but the views are worth it.

Road is little bit rough for the trailer, but short. No water, no host. Bathrooms are clean. In nice forest. No hiking trails. Colorado train is a short driving distance.

If you have an RV, fill the fresh water tank before heading out since there is no water and nearby kenosha only has a hand pump and no easy way to fill the fresh water tank. Also the dirt road to the campground is rough around the corners and we had to go super slow to avoid things flying out of the cabinets.

Nice campground, mostly reserved when we were there in August. But lucked up on a spit for one night. Quiet, respectful campground..pit toilets that were stocked and as clean as can be expected. Pack out your trash.

Great campground with spacious sites and pleasantly clean vault toilets. Hosts stop by every so often to check on folks. Lots of aspens in the CG and Great proximity to the nearby passes and hiking opportunities.
