Timberline Glamping Company - Lake Lanier

I recently went glamping at Lake Lanier, and it was an incredible experience! The views of the lake were stunning, and the tent was both cozy and well-equipped. The hammock was super comfortable—perfect for lounging and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. We also loved gathering around the fire pit in the evenings, which added a special touch to our stay. The BBQ grill was great, and my family absolutely loved the whole experience. It was a perfect getaway, just a short drive from home. We will definitely be coming back! The customer service was also fantastic, making our stay even more enjoyable

The tents were wonderful and spacious. They match the photos on the website. The beds were very comfortable. The tent stayed cooled with the air conditioner even while it was 90 degrees outside. The campsites on the lake were idyllic. The public bathrooms and showers are very clean and were cleaned several times a day. Although, at times the showers were out of hot water. Would highly recommend going with family or a group of friends.

My family and I stayed at glamp site 12. What a great way to have an easy camping trip! We’ve stayed at the shady grove camp ground previously, but have never used the Timberline Glamping sites before. What a game changer! I don’t think I can go back to regular camping ever again! Our camp site was ready to go before we even got there. There were two chairs by the campfire, Two hammocks set up by the water, and the tent was clean and fully furnished! The tent was set up with a mini-split A/C system so there was some great relief from the heat outside! Two fans hung over each of the Queen size beds and an oil diffuser in three creating a really comfy vibe. The beds were a little firm, but very comfortable. The mini fridge and k-cup coffee maker was clean and ready use. There was also available power for you to charge your mobile phone at the end of the day. Best part was the proximity to the water. There were kayaks and paddle boards for rent at the site, but we brought our own to use. Our camp site was only several yards to the beach area so getting in and out of the water wasn’t a big deal and we could focus on having fun on the water. If you’ve been looking for an easy camping experience on the lake, look no further! Timberline Glamping is the place to go! You won’t regret it!

Our experience was fantastic. We stayed at the Lula location and had a blast. We accidentally booked the wrong tent and they switched it for us no problem. Everything was ready on time. The guy at the office was super nice. Even their dog was friendly. We will definitely be back.

Our family had a great time glamping at the Shady Grove Campground! We enjoyed kayaking, floating in the lake, and playing at the playground! It was very relaxing! We enjoyed watching the sunset as we sat roasting our marshmallows by campfire. We will definitely be back for another Glamping weekend!
