The price really isn't worth it for as little amenities that come, the nearby campgrounds such as Mayfair and treasure isle have more amenities for the same price. Like "beach", catch and release ponds and stores on-site. My reception didn't work at all and there was no yard space either, didn't really get to know the new owners that well but they seem like constant complainers but to each is their own. Ended up getting a refund after a week
I visited my daughter and friend there. I was invited to the camper's barbeque and the people were so friendly. Then sitting and relaxing by the little creek (which is full of water right now), it surely is a time-out break from the city life!
