Small campsite with room for 3 medium size rigs and two tent campsites. Situated next to a small creek with lots of trees. So their is minimal opportunity for solar. This means generators in a small area. Sad face. Anyhow nice place for a pit stop. Surrounding area is okay. Has fit pits and picnic tables with risky water from the creek. No toilets. Happy trails!
It's not much, but it's free! We stayed two nights in a tent, both nights there were others staying, but it was peaceful. There wasn't really any trash at that time. Only 3 spots. No toilet.
It's a free campground, which is awesome. But there was trash left behind. Someone left their broken tent (site 5) and we had broken glass on our site (site 3) looks like a window was broken. We stayed here with another set of campers, but not sure I would stay here alone. Maybe...I just had a not so great feeling. But we stayed the night, it was quiet. A nice place for a quick sleep and get back on the road.
A local sheep rancher uses this camp ground for his hired help. They bring in campers, water tanks etc. For the workers, don't know what they do about sewage there are no pit toilets. The workers dogs run free and in the fall it's used as a hunting camp.
Fun little creek campground is primitive. Bring big spray lots of biting flies and mosquitoes
