I never stayed at the camp but the lake is gorgeous. I been here twice now and the first time was sunny and clear. This time was cloudy and cold. Great for wandering when we couldn’t get into Yosemite. Water is very clear
Just outside Yosemite, this is a gem of a campground. No hookups, but the view more than made up for that. It’s not far off the road, but wasn’t an issue. The sites closest to the lake fill quickly. Each site has an assigned picnic table.
