Small loaded with cats. Nice people but the grounds smell like cat litter box everywhere. Everything is outdated. Laundry room has a litter box behind washer so your clean clothes smell like cat urine.

This very quiet park set in the country is located just a few miles outside of Topeka. There are many monthly guests who are working in the area for a few months. The pool is awesome being much deeper than most RV parks. Good Wifi. They have full hook up sites and water/electric sites. Large trees provide plenty of shade. The bathhouse is dated, functional, and reasonably clean but shows the stains of age. The owners are friendly and accommodating. There are cats in the park but the previous reviews of cat odor appear to have been addressed.

Lovely owner. Very well maintained. Clean pool. Sites are very close and there are many permanents. We had a problem with the electric fuse upon arrival but Lee had it replaced immediately. Really no complaints. Definitely worth a stay! We were on site 1 in a 42’ class a. Great price and great water pressure! Extremely accommodating!

I called to inquire about availability from May to August for a work contract. The lady who answered the phone was a little lackluster in phone etiquette and instructed me to call closer to the dates I would need to see if she had availability. Apparently, there is no advance booking or reservation option. I was told that even though she had three spots right now (4/9) that they may or may not be there next month and "probably won't be". She didn't seem super interested in having a guaranteed customer book in advance. Anyone who does contract work knows you can't fly by the seat of your pants when booking long term sites for work, so the "keep your fingers cross approach" was really off putting. I won't bother with contacting them again. Also, the fact that it's 2024 and a company doesn't have a website is probably a red flag in and of itself.

The hostess of the place took my reservation and said I did not need money down to hold the spot. The very next day I called to check and see if I was still good to go on Monday and they told me that they had rented it. The lady is very rude and the place look kind of dirty. I would not stay there if I did not have to. The only reason I gave it one star is because I could not give it a no star.
