Too upscale for us. We have a small camper and felt like the Beverly Hillbillies amongst all the big campers. We will go somewhere else next time, where we will fit in better. We love Lauderdale Campground. We sure miss Susan, the former manager, at both places.

Management for this park system is heartless!! We were planning on staying at their park, but Hurricane Milton had other plans. Hurricane Milton caused alot of damage to our park in Florida! They refused to change our arrival date more than once because of their "so called" policy. They would not give us a refund, change our arrival date & took our 3 day reservation money. I would not recommend this park to my worst enemy!!

I can’t say enough good things about this camp ground, the views are spectacular, it’s very well maintained and there staff and folks who stay here often are fabulous. My husband and I pulled in on a Thursday July 11th we were going to stay two nights so he could ride the tail of the dragon with friends and then we were off to NC. Unfortunately right after we parked one of our tires started leaking. We had a spare but for the life of us couldn’t get the hub cap off. The next day I called several places, while my husband was riding, to see if someone could come out and fix it and no one got back to me. Later that same day my husband completed the Dragon but then went down on his bike on his way back. Thank god only a broken collar bone and ribs, so I was able to get him back to the RV from the hospital, but that didn’t take care of the flat. I spoke to Pepper, the next morning, who works the office, and there was another gentleman there who apparent has an RV there. Pepper called her hubby and all of them were at our RV in minutes. Together they helped us get the spare tire on so we could be on our way. We can’t thank them enough and we hope to be able to come back again under different circumstances and enjoy it. We highly recommend this RV park if you are looking for a serene and tranquil place to relax, kayak, boat or wave run. It’s the perfect place to chill and read a book or just look out over the lake and at the beautiful Smokey mountains. Thank you so much Char & Jim.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! Our site, 131, was incredibly spacious. While there isn't much shade, the stunning mountain and lake views more than made up for it. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. We'll definitely be back.
