This place is amazing! So many amenities and even a beautiful and fun trail that leads to the river. The laundry facilities, store, and grounds are well kept and lush. The staff are very nice and friendly, peaceful neighbors and happy place, very close to gas station, restaurants and grocery and much more. Evan is the maintenance man and he is friendly, resourceful and amazing!
We live on the road as touring musicians and simply needed a place to fill up our water. The staff was super friendly, very accommodating and helpful. Guided us to an easy to access fill station, self-serve, and then we were on our way. Conveniently located for us in between stops too. Thanks!
They are constantly beautifying and working on the landscape. The pool and hot tub are or should be up and running soon. A lot of land to walk around on. Firepits at each space and great people working here!
If I could give zero stars I would. This place was just bought out by RV Inn Style. The new company is horrible, jacked up prices, fired all the old staff who were amazing by the way. It’s completely falling apart, the grounds are not kept up at all, the pool is green and growing algae, the hot tub is broken and much of the same as the pool. The facilities such as laundry room is disgustingly dirty and the washers are always broken. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. Horrible horrible owners and I’m sad this place has gone downhill so fast. Also, the water is brown even with a filter on. Boo!!!!!
Great stop. Beautiful park. Laundry, showers, and pool are clean and they even have an iron available. Traffic and train noise no problem, slept with fan on. Someone complained about the color of the water but it tested .094. After filtering .056 and clear. These are good numbers in most of the southwest states the water is clear but test .200 to .600, not good. Had to change filters every week in TX.
