This place is amazing! My company booked me here for 100 days, and the experience has been fantastic. The manager and front desk staff are incredibly accommodating and attentive. The rooms are the perfect size for just me—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The free hot breakfast is a great perk (when I’m able to make it, haha), and the location is unbeatable! It’s right next to a large outdoor shopping area with plenty of dining options. The staff is also very knowledgeable about public transportation and local attractions, which made exploring the area so much easier. Highly recommend this place—5 stars all the way!

I had an issue with service at this hotel. As a frequent user of Marriot, having Platinum Elite status, I was not expecting this type of treatment. I have recieved 5 phone calls from the front desk about someone complaining about excess noise between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. (outside of the hotels designated quiet hours), I've caught the security guard hovering around our room checking to see if we are making excess noise (which he confirmed we were not), then the front desk accused of not telling the hotel we had pets (and then showed them my reservation where I not only declared it, but have the pet sanitation fee listed on my room). It's to the point where it was borderline harassment and really placed is distaste in my mouth. The front desk attendant, Elijah, was professional and is trying to just smooth everything...but at some point the Karen making noise complaints needs to be identified as the problem child. The service levied to myself and the guest in my room has ruined a trip for me to the area. Targeting a family with kids while staying in the muti-bedroom family suites here is just a shame.

Clean place to stay. Rooms smallish but well appointed. Good location near an outdoor mall with lots of food choices and stores. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

1. LOCATION: Prime. Walking distance to an outdoor mall. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, movie theater etc. Hotel sits behind the mall in a quiet area. 2. STAFF: Respectful, timely, and friendly 3. CLEANLINESS: Room was modern and clean. Same with the bathroom 4. BREAKFAST: Free 5. PARKING: Free and plenty 6. WIFI: Free and easy to connect. Your room # is your access code. 7. OTHER: Big refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave/oven, stove, cutlery, dishes, enough free channels on the T.V., 2 closets, 3 mirrors, full workstation, free full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. This was the King Suite. I stayed for 5 days.

This place checked all my boxes: safe, clean, affordable, and convenient! Safe: I felt perfectly comfortable and at home, here. We enjoyed sitting outside in the gazebos. However, I couldn't sit and read in the grill/picnice area or benches by the front door, as the odor of gas was way too strong. Clean: the place is worn, furniture and carpet need replaced, but it is spotless; the staff obviously take great pride in the space, as it was spick and span! Even the shower curtain liner was super thick and looked brand new. Don't get me started on the amazing water pressure! And, so glad to have the refillable toiletries, saving on plastic. Affordable: I was so glad to have a great price for a 2 bedroom space with a kitchenette. It was perfect for the 3 of us. My daughter had her own private space and door to close. Even separate temp. controls in each bedroom and living room! Someone could stay up and watch TV in the living room without disturbing those sleeping. The kitchen had everything we needed for a one-week stay, a good sized fridge, microwave, oven, stove, dishes, sink, coffee pot. Convenient: the location was walking distance to the mall, including restaurants and a grocery store. Even the Avis car rental where we got our vehicle was walking distance! And, I always love a Goodwill store, which was also walking distance. It was also right beside a beautiful walking path, .6 miles, around a pond and full of ducks. Lots of greenways for me to run several miles each day. The exercise room had the basics I needed, as well, treadmills and free weights. The mattresses were comfy, fairly firm. The continental breakfast had good stuff, and was well stocked. And, thanks for the nondairy creamers on the bar and plenty of vegan/vegetarian options (fruit, granola, oatmeal). I would have liked nondairy yogurt and milk, but no biggie. Customer service was excellent. Everyone was kind and helpful! I will definitely stay here again, when we visit family in the area each year!
