TownePlace Suites Foley at OWA

Stayed here during a work trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are being renovated and mine was great; very comfortable and the small kitchen area was handy to have. The free breakfast was fresh with lots of choices. They have an indoor pool and good size exercise room. We even used their meeting room. Highly recommend them if you are in the area.

Had to stay here with my family for a couple nights due to an issue on the boat. First off, I want to say that the service was incredible and the nicest people I've ever met work here! But the rooms are FAR from clean. The shower had black stuff on the edges and some kind of brown gunk on the wall. We found a Heineken bottle cap on my moms floor and I killed a cockroach in my kitchen area. They need to be on top of their housekeeping staff, they aren't doing their jobs.

I came to stay here with a few friends for a golf tournament that was at glenlakes. Hands down great service all the way around. I met several on the staff that were offering ideas of where to go eat or get drinks. It helps they are located at OWA. Where most stuff is located anyways. The front desk was awesome and both ladies had warm smiles on their faces. Tana the GM was out walking the property and was such a pleasure to speak with. I definitely recommend this place. 10/10!!

I stayed here during a competition and the service was top notch. Kay at the front desk was extremely helpful by making suggestions of places to visit and ways to maximize our time in the area. When we first arrived she was in the process of handling something else, but she immediately stopped what she was doing to assist us without a second thought. Although I assured her we could wait, she made us a priority without making us feel like a burden. That experience set the tone for the our stay and every other person we encountered was helpful as well. I would stay here again.

Myself, my Aunt and Uncle, and my best friend all stayed here in the Queen suite. We want to give a special 10 out of 5 Stars to the kitchen personnel Cate for her outstanding hospitality, amazing consideration, and just outstanding personality. Thank you Cate for just being you! Absolutely great professionalism!!!
