TownePlace Suites Janesville

100% recommend! TownePlace Suites in Janesville was extremely responsive and easy to work with. I had absolutely zero concerns when I asked about holding a block of rooms for my wedding! The stress-free & hassle-free communication is a huge plus! Definitely 5-star service. Plus their pricing is incredibly reasonable for the incredible rooms! The rooms were clean and spacious and it was extremely comfortable for my bridal party and myself to get ready there. All the staff were incredible and I cannot thank them enough.

Last night we stayed in the one bedroom suite. Very clean room and extremely comfortable mattress. We asked the front desk lady (I don’t remember her name but she had pink hair and a cool phone case) to bring us pillows and a blanket since one person from our group was using the pullout sofa. It took her less than 10 minutes to get everything ready for us without any problems. I did not eat breakfast, but the two other people from our group said that it was better than in many other TownePlace Suites we stayed in. The outside seating area with the fireplace table was very nice and clean too. Gym area - nice and clean.

Checked in, entered the room found a picture on the wall that had fallen off. Scanned the room to make sure there wasn’t anything else damaged. I called down to have someone come get the picture and they did arrive quickly but as I was waiting I was gonna turn on the TV and there was a nasty booger on the wall. I then felt the need to check the sheets and I found a peanut or pretzel piece under the covers. I had called back down to see if we could at least get new sheets and she offered to have us move into a different room. The new room wasn’t as dirty. It had food smear on the closet door and a few damages in the room, stain on the couch, scratch on the tub floor and tub glass wall. Overall, the staff was good. I did wait a bit at check in and checking out because no one was at the counter but there wasn’t any way to let anyone know I was waiting so I just stood there hoping eventually someone would come.

Check in is listed as 3pm. After traveling several hours we arrive at the hotel at 3pm and were told our room still wasn't cleaned. Not impressed at all.

Hard to get to. Have to drive behind the Joanne. Also I found a meth pipe in my room. The hotel staff was very apologetic and cleaned the room for me. Overall not the cleanest place though.
