TownePlace Suites Knoxville Oak Ridge

I typically don’t stay at TownePlace Suites, but I had a last-minute change in plans and ended up at TownePlace Suites Oakridge. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The front desk staff was exceptionally professional, going above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Sometimes I question whether TownePlace properties fully adhere to Marriott’s policies and procedures, but this location did everything by the book. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere casual yet welcoming, and they offered a nice breakfast in the morning. Overall, it was a great stay that offered excellent value, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this location for its quality service and attention to detail.

Picked this place due to no mold.or mildew reviews and I've had great experiences at this brand. Desk agent reeked of smoked and was rude. We needed to see the room first because of health issues to make sure it was safe and have always been able to do that. She blank stared at me and said it was against policy. When asked if there was a problem with the room and could we move she said no abolsolutely not. All while I was trying not to gag because she smelled so bad.

I had an exceptional stay at Townplace Suites in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I initially had an issue with my mobile key not working, but the front desk attendant was quick to resolve the problem. She personally brought me new keys and made sure everything was working smoothly. Her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel incredibly welcome. It’s rare to find such attentive and helpful service these days. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I highly recommend staying here for both the fantastic service and great accommodations!

LOVE this hotel! The Staff is Amazing! Great pet friendly hotel! A little off 40W by 8 Miles but so worth it! Great grass area to walk dog with bags and garbage! Nice Pool and pool area, great outdoor seating, nice seating area in the lobby 2 tvs, nice work out room, bbq area, free breakfast, today was biscuits gravy, mini quiches, waffle station, oatmeal bar with all the fixens, toast, English muffins, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal, coffee, hot chocolate, juice The rooms were very Clean! Did not smell like pets at all! We travel with our dogs so this is important! Huge rooms full size fridge, stove, dining table little mini apartment! We called ahead asked for top floor at end of hall so dogs didn’t hear people going by all the time. The staff was soooo accommodating!! We are lifetime platinum with Marriott so travel too much and I have to say this staff is among the best! From Renee at check in to April at check out!! Fabulous hometown farm to table restaurant “Aubrey’s” inexpensive family friendly huge menu 1 mile away’ Easy to get to off hwy 40 West!

April who works the front desk is wonderful. She was managing checking people in, answering the phones and providing a cheerful greeting to anyone who walked in the door. Would recommend!
