Hot water is not working an I allergies to cold water. Its cold outside. So what customers can do?? And they are charging $225.00 a night. So disappointing! For me it the first and last time for this location. They need to improve. So sad!!
First the good news - most importantly, the room and beds were clean and comfortable. Now the bad news - a lightbulb was out in the room and the toilet ran constantly. In addition, breakfast on the first day was skimpy and the poor woman working it couldn't keep up with keeping it stocked for all of the people that were there. There should have been a second person working it. The second day there was no breakfast because the one worker never showed up! Also, the printer in the business center was out of order. All in all, this hotel was a disappointment for a Marriott property and I can't recommend it.
We checked in the internet was down on the area so they had to check us in the old fashioned way. The staff was very friendly & professional. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable. Will stay here again when I'm in the area
I’ve been here at the town place suites in Bradenton off Cortez road for a week now after I lost everything due to hurricane Helene and Milton. If I could give them a million stars I would. From the GM to the house keeping everyone has went above and beyond expectations. They have really made it feel like home during these trying times and I couldn’t express in words how much I appreciate all of them!!! Would recommend a stay here a thousand time over!!!!
The sotel is in a perfect location, close to everything between sarasota and bradenton. The best part is a little kitchenet, so you can have your morning coffee without having to go down to the lobby.
