Great campsites nestled in-between the mountains. Lots of room at our spot for the camper and to have the dog on his lead without being able to approach the road. Beautiful rock beach, and close hiking trails. Our favourite place to take the trailer.
One-of-a-kind camping experience, and we've been camping alot! Great scenery from all spots in the campground. Well-maintained and well-run. Living in Denver we don't let our kids just walk around the city. But here we felt comfortable for our 9- and 12-year-olds to freely walk around town from the campground. Such a quaint, charming, and safe village and the campground is part of the charm!
I would give 5 stars, yet patrol staff members are not responsible which I see they are going around with at least 30km/h speed. There were kids and dogs around campsite and I see those young ladies putting their foot on dashboard when they patrol, chatting while patrolling which makes me think upper management is just letting kids manage the campsite. Cleanning crew, maintenance crew is doing awesome job, though.
Great place to camp! Showers were warm, deer visited us regularly. The Canada Website was annoying and took way to long to book a site, but great once you're here. *Note no campfires, but propane rings allowed
Location of this campground is amazing! Near Waterton lake and sorrounded by mountains. Sunsets and sunrises are just fantastic. The washrooms and showers were very clean but the showers had just one setting for water temperature and that was lava hot! The other problem is lots of gopher holes if you are in the tent section of the campground.
