Lived there for 4 years. A very nice place to stay due to property, hands-on management. Some residents don't like this personal style of micromanaging, but it helps the living environment. Hopefully it is still managed by, Cheryl, as she is very business like, and a very nice person in a neighborly fashion.
Praise to the Landlord ..Very Greatful for Cheryl..She goes above and beyond for her tenants all she asked is pull your weeds..Very unique park our little community made up of people from all walks of life..Be Greatful Ocean Front Property and it's not in Arizona ..
I have lived here for over three years...I love that we are steps to Leucadia Oaks Park, close to places to eat (Fish 101, A little More and Pannikin, just to name a few),shops and three blocks from Grandview Beach. The trailer park has made several upgrades, like a sweet place to play Cornhole,also a Doggie corral for your pup to relieve himself, There are showers and a laundry facility(just make sure you have lots of quarters). Those of us that have decided to make TR our home are close as a community...as in all communities there is the occasional drama, but manageable. For me, my husband and pup we call this HOME!
Neighbors in the park were always tryna help us out in our hard times and most were cool, lived here for 10+ years and it improved A LOT since the early 2010’s and late 2000’s
Not a place I will return to. Receptionist was very abrupt and the site I was assigned to did not even have a dump station. Didn't bother to tell me that.
