Trappers Hill Lodges & Campground

We just came back from a 4-night stay at Trappers for the first time and feel so happy and blessed we found this place! We enjoyed the nature, the heated cabin, campfire, a walk down to the river, quiet time at the lookout, the friendly animals, BBQ at their barn, and so much more! The staff was so caring and that made our stay so special:)💕! We definitely want to go back soon! We love the quietness of this place as well. Thank you Trappers! Looking forward to the next stay already♪!

My husband and I stayed here last month for a few days and were so impressed with all the new owners have done here. This spot is truly a hidden gem and the cabins, outhouses and campground were all very clean and the sites were well lit at night. The lookout was especially beautiful at sunset and offered great views of the valley below. We will definitely be back soon and highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway!

We just spent six wonderful days at Trappers! We had rented the group site, which is so well-maintained, and an amazing spot with a lookout overlooking the Ghost River and the surrounding mountains. We found some great hikes down to the river and crossing streams! Some friends stayed in the cabins and loved their glamping experience, with incredible views! We got to know the goats and other animals, which were so entertaining for all ages, and really appreciated how dog friendly they are at Trappers! Then of course, a big bonus is how the staff and owners are so friendly and helpful!! We’ll be back… many times! It’s not only a camping spot, it feels like a community!

Fantastic stays ... both times! The first time, I tented and the second time, I rented a Trappers Cabin. The cabins, restrooms, and campsites are clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend staying here and I'll be back! My only suggestion for improvement would be a later check out time, like 1 or 2 pm .... it would give campers more time to enjoy the outdoors ... check in time could be moved to 4 pm.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the views from our cabin were breathtaking, especially during sunrise. The campground is equally impressive. The sites are spacious and well-spaced, offering plenty of privacy while still being close to all the facilities. Whether you're in an RV or a tent, you'll find the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. The grounds are well-kept, and the surrounding nature is simply stunning. The hiking trails nearby provide a fantastic opportunity to explore the beautiful landscape. One of the highlights of our stay was the friendly and accommodating staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and provided great recommendations for local activities. Their knowledge of the area made our trip even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat in the heart of nature with all the comforts of home, Trappers Hill Lodge and Campground is the place to be. We left feeling rejuvenated and can't wait to return for another visit. Highly recommended!
