No wifi but friendly folks who go out of their way to help you. Sites are clean and well placed. Everything is accessible. A river would make it 5 star in my book.
~family owned and operated... I'd been super late on paying my storage fee a couple of times and they never hassled me about it, I'd just pay it up as soon as I could. Very laid back place, the cheapest storage rates you will ever find in the state of Colorado...they're the old fashioned stand up, look you in the eye, shake your hand, honor system kinda people that run this business. They are outstanding*
Wonderfully laid-back atmosphere. Friendly and accommodating host was able to provide me a spot for my motorhome. Wooded and spacious and very quiet. Just what this old body and soul needed. I feel very much at home here, and although my stay may be short I'm looking forward to staying here in the springtime next year.
Didn't camp here i was elk hunting in the area. Absolutely beautiful area.
