Travelodge by Wyndham Grants Pass

I was so skeptical of this hotel. It is inexpensive, looks a big old, kind of lived in, maybe like it would be loud at night and questionable inside. Do not be deceived! This is the cleanest room I have ever seen. It's aged for sure, but there wasn't a spec of dirt in my room. No hairs, no threads on the carpet, no stains on the sheets. Spotless. Everything works, it was quiet except for road noise, no sketchiness at all. The only negative thing I have to comment on is the staff smokes outside a lot. If you are sensitive to smoke, maybe request a room away from the office area. Otherwise, an awesome deal for a clean place right off the freeway!

I am so frustrated with this place. I had a reservation and my family and I got there at 12:15, late, I know, but we got stuck in traffic. There is a night bell, doesn't work. There's a phone number to call for late service, no answer. I called 30 times. You read that right, THIRTY!. I am so frustrated and I want my money back. I will never make reservations here ever again. And maybe not travel lodge ever again, if this is how they're run. Thankfully the Quality Inn across the street had vacancy and the woman at the desk was SO kind. They will be getting a glowing review. And to the employees,/managment, if you don't believe me, you've got a ton of "24 hour surveillance" signs everywhere, check them out. You'll see me. Seriously, DO NOT STAY HERE. Someone from this company get in contact with me so I can get my money back.

These guys are working very hard to make this place a great place to come to. They have made so many changes to everything here from the inside and out and the all around general up keeping. There is awesome staffing and management that are conscious about the needs for your stay to be as welcomed and comfortable. I love this place and am happy to say with confidence that this establishment has come so far. Keep up all the good work you're all doing it is definitely going to get busy and more returning customers. This is a great place to stay!!

I had reservations for two different dates, Jan 17th was the first day and observed room was not at all clean, I could see hair everywhere including the fresh towels they provide, and bedsheets were not maintained well. I have given the same feedback to the frontdesk expecting my next day would be better but to my surprise on Jan 21st the room I got was much worse. Hotel has ample parking and near to the I5 and other stores .

The WiFi was all but non-existent, the shower is peeling and falling apart, not positive but there may have been blood on the wall, door didn’t shut and seal properly , constant sirens and the cherry on top there was a kid napping the first night we are there. Then some lady hollers after my child thinking it was the missing child which scared the tar out of her. The property is poorly lit and there is no sense of safety. Please if you have the ability stay somewhere else do. Oh and they refused to approve a refund on top of it all.
