Travelodge by Wyndham Jackson

When we checked in, the lady at the counter wasn't very nice. I reserved a ground floor and got 2nd floor instead. There was a coffee maker but no coffee pot! I was very disappointed and would not stay there again. Plus, kids running back and forth in the Lobby.

Room was in rough shape. The room had no heat and it is about 55 degrees in room by time we woke up it boy had an ac unit. Bed is very uncomfortable. I looked at other reviews and I would say they have a lot of fake reviews. I would t recommend this hotel

The moment you arrive to the hotel you are greeted with the breath taking view of the courtyard, the beautiful inviting pool and a well maintained outdoor area. Walking into the lobby itself was rather warm and inviting, greeted by a smile and kindness from the front desk ladies. There is a breakfast room just off the lobby to relax and drink coffee from the coffee bar. I requested to look at a double and a single room, both were nice and looked inviting. The housekeepers were very accommodating and polite when requesting the room to be cleaned, there was also a laundry area on site I just had to get the quarters from the front desk ladies. And I can forget the bar and grill PIT STOP, the bartender/cook was a joy to be around and his food was amazing. Look out fast food chains you have competition, each bite was perfect. The burgers were amazing always gotten fresh from the butcher. Over all my experience was a great one and will be returning again.

Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Check in and check and out was easy. Located in a good part of town. I have an annual business trip here and will be staying here each year.

The room would've been sufficient if not for the large gaps that let the air in from outside. It was freezing and it took literally hours to heat up. But other than that I enjoyed my stay
