Rooms are fine for the low price but antiquated and smell like an old dorm room. Free breakfast was advertised on Booking.com (not on their website per the response, but they should maintain consistency across platforms) but when we arrived we were told there was no breakfast. False advertising is the reason for this negative review.

Room was double booked and had someone try to enter our room 20 minutes of us being there! Breakfast wasn’t that great either. Yes it was your hotel you serve breakfast during the hot air balloon festival But Nice Try!🤣😂

Clean room and bathroom. Nice quiet (off season) stay. There were only a few other rooms rented. The cleaning lady knocked and tried coming Into my room 3 times (I noticed when I got out of the shower the door latch was moved) I couldn't get a late check out.i left about 1030am. And she was waiting outside my room looking irritated.

We stopped here to stay for a night when I was sick on a trip out west. The staff was extremely nice, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The front desk lady had great recommendations about town and even asked about me being sick. Extremely accommodating and could not recommend enough.

This is a budget motel. But it's clean and the staff friendly. The Hvac units can be a little on the loud side as the rooms are small if you're the type that needs "quiet".
