Travelodge by Wyndham Mill Valley/Sausalito

Room 136 Service was great and so is the location. Hands down no problems there. When in the room during the day you see signs that it could use work. It's a cheap hotel i get that. But what you see when you go into the bathroom at night is a bug village getting out of your way. Doing what i do for work I pick places apart with this stuff. The bugs are plenty bad enough. From the baby roaches to the full adult ones. Pincher bugs and a few types of spider. Then upon a closer look you see the mold growing on the ceiling, in the corner outside the shower and in the top tile where some patch was done and improperly sealed.

Certainly not the fanciest place but I can’t complain. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean and I liked the high ceiling room with the balcony. The hallway carpet could use some attention.

Ive stayed for 2 nights so far and may come back next week. Not fancy but everything you need. Jeff at the front desk is super nice and helpful. Great Indian rest at the location and a coffee/snack/breakfast place just feet away in an old Cable Car.

Traveling all night and needed the last-minute place to stay everywhere we called was sold out so we pulled into this location. Was able to book a room in under 10 minutes. Got really good. Sleep actually overslept past checkout time didn’t run into any issues very quiet very clean the rooms seem newly remodeled Roku TV is I was actually surprised with how nice this place was Definitely would stay here again.

We had family in town from out of the country who stayed at this location. They enjoyed it and thought the front desk staff was very kind and polite. They accidently left some personal effects behind in the room. I reached out to this location to see what could be done to get the items back as they had significant personal value. I connected with Jeff who was extremely kind and helpful. The issue was time sensitive as they were to fly back home soon so we needed the items back fast. Jeff retrieved the items, packaged them up, and let us email him a shipping label for the items to be returned. Jeff got them to the carrier and our family got their personal items back just in time to fly home. We are forever greatful to Jeff and the staff at this location for being so polite and going above and beyond for us!
