Treetops Introduce

Treetops is a charming RV park and campground located in Arlington, Texas, just minutes from the iconic Cowboys Stadium. This cozy establishment provides a welcoming environment for travelers and long-term campers alike, offering essential amenities and services to make your stay comfortable.

One of the standout features of Treetops is its lush, tree-lined setting, which creates a shaded retreat perfect for hot summer days. The park's convenient location near major attractions makes it an ideal base for exploring Arlington and the surrounding area.

  • Convenient Location: Near Cowboys Stadium, making it a great choice for event-goers.
  • Shaded Campsites: Abundant tree cover offers relief from summer heat.
  • Amenities: On-site laundry facilities and a small fenced dog park.

Treetops has received mixed feedback from guests. Many appreciate the friendly, welcoming staff and the helpful community atmosphere. Several guests highlighted the kindness of their neighbors, with one reviewer mentioning how grateful they were for assistance during an emergency repair.

However, some travelers note that Treetops feels more like a residential park than a traditional campground due to its high occupancy by long-term residents. While this might be a positive for those seeking a longer stay or a sense of community, it could feel less accommodating for short-term visitors.

Stayed here as a stop from out east back home to AZ. We wanted to be not too far from the Cowboys stadium as we were going to see a game when in town. It worked out well for that, but this place does not seem at all like any other park we've been in. It seemed to be about 90% populated with people actually living there, as in that was there only home. Nothing wrong with that, just seemed like, as someone only staying there a few nights, we were outsiders. Probably a nice place to live if that is your home. But as travelers, it was weird. And the spot they gave us was quite small and cramped. Actually, the whole place was cramped. The abundant trees in the park were beautiful, and offered a significant canopy of shade which helped during our 95F stay. But for tall RVs, you had to watch to make sure you didn't hit branches as you pulled in and out. The big laundry facility was a plus, as was the small, fenced dog park. Our neighbors were extremely nice during our stay, including one helping us get a mobile RV mechanic to our site to do some emergency brake repairs - Thank you Craig! Still, I would not recommend for short stays and only would have rated as 3 stars specifically for that. Would rank higher for a long stay.

This place is beautiful! The only bad thing I can say is there is a lot of longtime campers. Doesn't feel like a sun resort campground. The lady that checked me in was very nice and welcoming.

Very nice RV park. Small enough to be cozy, large enough to feel like a family event. Very clean and pet friendly

We have been at treetops for 2.5 years. It has gone drastically down hill. Today my daughter (who is usually not home) tells us there is no power. She goes to the office and Karen states she sent out an email. We NEVER received an email. I called the office to speak to her, she was in the bathroom. I spoke with Jason, who is amazing. I called a few people I know at the park NONE OF WHICH GOT AN EMAIL, stating the power was going to be off. One did say she got a note on her door a couple days ago. We did not get a note either. My husband left work and got our two dogs out of the RV and put our food in a cooler. I had a missed call from the main office. I called back almost instantly and this time she is “out doing her rounds at the park”. I call corporate and left two messages, they still have not called back. I sent an urgent email to Gery, still no response. Mind you had my daughter not stopped in, my dogs could be dead. It’s now 415pm. I pull into the park and to my surprise Karen is sitting at the pool with her family. I hope everyone who was NOT notified is ok and their pets are ok. While I’m at it, let’s talk about the pictures they always post. They are a couple years old. I know this because my RV has been in the same spot since February of 2022. The pictures posted show a a different camper in our spot. Below I will attach what the park actually looks like so you don’t come here and waste your $900/mo plus electric. Oh and then for July’s rent we paid end of June. Karen calls us wanting to know where our rent is. We tell her they already cashed the check. She don’t believe us and wants the check number. My husband has to tell her the check number and on the back of the check it’s posted with the tree tops stamp. Management here is an absolute joke. Thank goodness for Jason. Promote him!! Oh and ironically the only email we got recently was Karen announcing Lisa quit and she is taking over. (fyi these pictures are from two weeks ago) If anyone is asking themselves why we are still here if we dislike it so much, it’s because we only have 3 more months is Texas. (And when Lisa, Ana, and Myra worked here it was pretty amazing). We are trying to wait it out for the convenience of our careers. After reading the responses from tree top on others reviews, I ask this, do not waste your time with the apology or a “call us to make it right”. If you respond with “we did this, we did that”, share the proof, not some generic, autogenerated response to appear to the rest of the world that you guys actually give a d*** and have solid resolutions. I could go on with the times I’ve reached out to get situations handled with zero resolution!! Save the rhetoric for someone else.

Due to enforced dog Breed restrictions, we didn't stay at this RV park. It looked like our well-taken-care-of older RV would have been accepted at least.
