We LOVE it here!! It's a unique camping experience, only a quick 10 minutes to historic Marshall, Michigan. There are 3 lakes here for the fisherman! There are activities for adults and kids alike! There are all age groups here. You can go on walks, bike rides or golf cart rides and everyone waves at each other. Your dogs & cats are welcome here too!! The bathrooms/showers here are handicapped accessible. There are tons of options for picnic areas. I think there are 4 playground areas to choose from. The campground is 3 miles off of the highway, with a brand new 24 hour convenience store/gas station. This is our first year and we want to retire here forever! Thank you Tri-lakes!!
Love it here! This is my 3rd year returning. Peaceful, quiet, fun. They always have something fun going on for kids and adults on the weekends. The trails are nice to walk or ride. Defenitly something for the whole family to do.
We stayed there last summer. We travel in a 22’ motor home so it fits in a parking spot so we don’t tow a vehicle. We had to drive to Ann Arbor for the day. When we got back our step was missing which wouldn’t have mattered but it was made by my father in law who had died two years earlier. My granddaughter was parked beside us and heard the security guard call the office. All she heard was him telling them that we weren’t there now. When we got back are sun screen, bug spray, and rocks my great granddaughter had been painting. Instead of telling us they made a mistake and didn’t realize we had a week left and we were just gone for a few hours they lied to us. The step my father in law made is not replaceable. And who cares about bug spray and sunscreen. It’s impossible to trust people who would lie like that and this was one of there security guards. I can say the owner is a very nice man but we didn’t bother him with this because he doesn’t run the rv park.Just wish they had returned the step. We will never stay there again!
Ignore the bitter trouble-maker reviews, would you really want to camp next to those people? I stay here every single time I visit family in Marshall. When you call ahead (and there's almost always a place you can park, even when it's busy since they try to leave a few gaps here n there) let them know if you are wanting to cook out, stay up late, etc. One end is a little later awake than the center where the long term and quiet young fogies like myself want to sleep. YES they only take cash, maybe a check if you are around a while. Cooking the books? what a rude insinuation that gal made. What ever happened to traditional values and establishments that don't require a credit card and multiple i.d.'s? This place is more traditional, conservative values than any place you'll visit. Clean. Keep it clean. Friendly. Behave yourself and relax knowing others will as well. The honey wagon is awesome. He even checks and trouble shoots and is super knowledgeable. This property is surrounded by water (hence the Tri Lakes?) a sewer system throughout all the little meandering drives and water ways wouldn't be even remotely reasonable. Ignore the nay sayers, come stay where the trees are big and shady, the neighbors are chill and accomodating, and the dogs are always as happy as the children.
This park cost 510.00 a month for 30amp no sewer. A honey wagon will service you but the price changes after 2pm M-F, Sat is higher and Sunday is even higher. If you stay more than 1 month you are required to mow your own grass. They pack you in like sardines, the speed limit in 10 mph but golf carts and other 4 wheeled can go as fast as they want. Children play in the street among flying by vehicles. Most sites are long term guest so the weekend is crazy. Golf carts going flying through your spot. The people are not nice. They posted no motorcycles on the sign entering but people still ride their bikes down the streets. No dog park for such a spread out place. The kids area is not manicured, they even had a food truck hooked up in the park. You have to park in the middle on grass and 1 nighters have to park amongst the cars. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They only take CASH and use 2 accounting books at the same time.

Our first time there. A peaceful, friendly, clean camp facility. We enjoyed our time there. The staff is doing a great job. Enjoy the Geese waddling around the grounds.
