Stayed here for 3 months and was happy with it! Located within 10-15 minutes of good hiking, beautiful trails, downtown Chapel Hill and Durham, great food, and shopping! It’s dog friendly and comfortable. Not the prettiest of parks, but the price, accommodations, and location makes up for it. Overall a quiet and cozy place. Only reason it’s getting 4 instead of 5 stars is because the lots are pretty small and close together and the trailer park next door is run down and doesn’t make it very “pretty”. There’s also a bunch of stray cats and cat poop everywhere, but I will say that it’s noted that people do try and trap and spay/neuter them. The manager is kind and helpful and you can tell she is trying to do the best she can we the resources available. Thanks for having us!
Triangle RV park was just what we needed during an extended stay for medical care. The park manager was very accommodating and we appreciate the support she provided. It is a quiet place with lots of shade. We met many nice people and dogs during our time there.
I've been staying here for a few months and it's a great Campground! Great lots, amenities, dog friendly, and in a beautiful area. Management is super responsive. Recently I saw what I think was another guest attack the poor manager. I couldn't figure out what it was about but I thought the manager handled it really well. She talked calmly while this other guest was yelling in her face. I was impressed! Seemed like the guest was having some sort mental health crisis. I'm happy to be staying in a place where management is always on top of things and handles everything professional. This park is great.
Few people ever pick up their dogs crap. It's pretty disgusting moving into a spot. High monthly rate. Trees might fall on your stuff, they're not gonna do anything. You'll never catch anyone at the office. Spectrum thrives out there. Cats run a muck. It may be the same in Texas but at least the rates are dirt cheap compared to out here.
Easy check in. Decent size lots- backyard area. Tree coverage for shade/less direct sun. (Not good for starlink :p) Safe neighborhood. Quiet. Pet friendly. New dog run area is nice. Laundry on site. No bath house tho. Easy call to spectrum for internet/discount rates that are month/month (no contract needed) 30ish minutes from Raleigh on a good day (weekends)— during the weekdays expect 50+ min drive due to wrecks and construction.
