Neat little RV park with a lot of history. We parked out in the field beyond the rocks and it was very quiet - could not hear the interstate. It was a last minute reservation as we were just passing thru and so owner came to meet us after closing to get us checked in and settled which was very nice on a Christmas holiday weekend! Definitely would like to come back when saloon is open and check it out!

Looking for a good nights sleep for my husbands nurse who had traveled all the way from Kayents. Don was helpful every time I called or had a question. I love this ranch and the hospitality every staff member seems to genuinely exude, making one feel welcome in a wonderland of rocks with old western hospitality. Highly recommended!

Last year, we spent a weekend here and it was amazing. So we decided to go back again this year. Completely different experience. The room we were in had not been thoroughly cleaned. A dirty hand towel had been reused. Someone's electric toothbrush was still in the bathroom. Used floss lay on the floor. The bathtub still had a dirt ring around it. Totally disgusting. They also decided to make changes regarding their prices but failed to disclose that on their website. Where breakfast should have been included, it was now a $15 charge. Which is ridiculous especially when I have no choice in what breakfast is served. In this case it was not edible. Gratuity was also added. For what I don't know. There is no housekeeping or amenities whatsoever. Don't count on any of the "activities" on their website to actually exist. The Pool and Hot Tub haven't worked in years. This place has great potential but as it is currently managed, do not waste your hard earned money here.

We went for the “Garlic” festival. Just not impressed. Very little garlic type stuff and a lot of stuff that looked like it was a garage sale. The parking was $10. We walked around, listened to one song from the band and left. We were there for 20 minutes. The area is beautiful, the festival not so much.
