This is our second time staying here and we love it! The sites are level, a great size and have nice landscaping. We like the layout because all sites are close to the center of the park with the pool and other activities. The facilities are well maintained. We enjoy being able to stay at the Rv resort while family is near by at the hotel. Great when you have a group and not everyone has a camper or RV. The kids are already asking to come back!

We are here for a volleyball tournament at Foley Sports Complex. This RV park is located almost directly next to the big indoor complex and the soccer fields. You could walk to both. The bathrooms, shower and laundry room are spotless. The grounds are really pretty and they have two nice pickle ball courts. The pictures are from spot 1119 which is directly across from the pool, pickle ball courts and the cooking area that has a TV next to the pool.

Came here on the off season and it was an instant regret. We decided on this place, despite the extremely high price tag months in advance as we had a visitor coming to meet us and wanted a great experience and a nice chill place. However, the pool area was a complete waste and was just something nice to look at, the pools are not heated, they have no hot tubs or anything to allow the off season customers any amenities. The pickle ball court is this weird plastic blocks that makes the ball die instantly (so it's unplayable). The park is huge, yet the laundry room only has 3 washers and 3 dryers so you're waiting around to do laundry, not to mention the debit portion was down so it was coin only, and they didn't have a coin machine and the main office is never open so I wasn't able to change out my coins anyways. I'm giving 3 stars because the place is beautiful no doubt, but not off season friendly at all. They need to dramatically lower the price during these months because I paid full price for a parking spot and left very disappointed and felt ripped off.

Very nice campground. The grounds were clean. I enjoyed the large paved roads. We went during the winter months, therefore didn’t get to use the pools. However, I’m sure during the summer they would be nice.

A very nice park, reasonably priced with a great landscape and super amenities. This was our second visit this year. But I can't give it any more than 2 stars. The park is not secure at night due to no gates limiting access. The night or early morning of our last night there, we had 2 e-bikes stolen from our site. I rode thru the resort after discovering they were gone hoping to find them, but no luck. A police report was filed and I was advised it would be felony theft of property by virtue of the bikes values. I was told by a desk rep that the park manager would contact me today after they reviewed security cam footage. No such call was made. We'll not be back.
