Just spent the weekend here, it was amazing. The mess hall and rec room are very well maintained A great 4 mile hill climb trail out and back. The lake has tons of fish and we saw them jumping all weekend. The cabins themselves are more than adequate for summer/fall/spring camping, but you must bring blankets and sheets yourself as the few that are on site are in rough shape. Concerns: 1. The cabins don't have a way to lock from the inside so they are not very secure. 2. The boardwalk path was very damaged and rotting away so you need to bring boots/extratuffs.

This is one of my absolute places to camp. On mile 30 down the Chena Hot Springs road this secluded camping spot is the best place to just relax and refocus. A beautiful lake right in the middle of it and an easy hike nearby, with some 4 wheeler tracks, this is the go to spot for a weekend getaway.

Gorgeous place, but the other half of the park is public access, so its not ideal to rent the whole park for a wedding, as we had done, and expect privacy. Bring more mosquito repellant than you would think you'd need.

Awesome place for group gatherings. Plenty of cabins. And a great kitchen mess hall. Kids had a blast fishing. Will be doing a pig roast every year here
