Nice, quaint, park close to attractions and baseball. We have been lucky to find this spot for our trips to spring training with our Casita. Steve is very accommodating and keeps everything clean and tidy. He rakes the site after departure. Can't ask for much more. Reserve early.
We stayed here in our Class A for a month in December. I was so happy we found this place! It's one of the VERY few all-ages parks in the Phoenix area/valley. The park host, Steve, was very helpful, welcoming and informative about the area. He had som great recommendations on things to do and places to go! The park is small, but they keep it very clean and quiet. All the other residents/visitors were very polite. I was a bit worried about the neighborhood, it being so close to a train station and in the middle of the city. But, we felt very safe in the park. The canal behind the park is a great place to walk your dog and feed the ducks!
Stayed a week here in Class C RV. Steve, park host, was absolutely accommodating in every respect from the first day until check out. We visited RV parks across 48 states and this smaller park was perfect. Easy access to all kinds of activities. Safe. Secure. And, we enjoyed some oranges, compliments of Steve and his wife.
Steve was a great owner of the park. I just got done staying there for well over 3 months and it was seamless the entire time. He always was helpful throughout the summer. Steve always had great stories to tell and I really enjoyed staying with him. Twin Palms is in a quiet nice part of town with pretty much anything you need is within a 5 minute drive. Whether it be fast food or fry's and target. The park is feels very secluded since there's a building and walls around the park. Steve takes his security very seriously and it made me feel sate the entire time. Whether it be security cameras or locks and codes on all of the doors. There is a bathroom for a man and a woman, plus a fully functioning washer and dryer. The bathroom is super nice when you need a break from taking a shower in the little RV shower. Overall it is a very well setup nice place which I had no problems signing up and leaving. Steve is a great owner and I would recommend this place to anyone I know.
Stayed for 1 week in our pull behind travel trailer (30ft) and Ford F350. There were nice level gravel sites with a concrete pad at every site. Nothing on the pad. The site was just long enough for the trailer and the truck was parked perpendicular in front. Very tight and full. It was clean and neat. The winter manager was extremely helpful. We were there during a crazy heat wave and our air-conditioner was giving us a problem. He gave us a name of someone he liked to contact for repair. (wasn't able to help but he tried). He also recommended places to visit. There was a little patch of grass we could bring the dogs to, but the Astroturf by the bathrooms was off limits and we were supposed to bring the dogs through a locked gate to walk them along the canal path. The stairs to that gate and path were terribly uneven and difficult to navigate. There was a poop bag dispenser and can by the gate. This was awkward. And we were charged extra for dogs. The park was in the middle of a bunch of RV dealers and a Camping World. It was conveniently located a couple of blocks from the MetroLine to Phoenix. Mesa is a large city with lots of things to do. We camped at Twin Palms RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
