This is the best campground I have been to yet. Place was clean and portajohns were decent and plenty of them throughout the primitive area. We will definitely be back! Only small complaint is the shower, it only offered hot water which I am glad it had however it was very hot today and would have preferred the option to adjust water temperature.

We love Twin Rivers Family Campground and we have camped there for 5 years now. Susan is an excellent host. This place is a little slice of heaven and we love every minute we spend there from hiking and kayaking to fishing and just chilling around the campfire. Everyone is welcoming and friendly and helpful. Just in case anyone wants to know Twin Rivers Family Campground is located in Crumpler North Carolina. Great place to camp!

What a great campground. Super quiet and on the most beautiful river in the world. Staff is great and helpful. Showers and bathhouse is clean and centrally located. Love the river access and the fact the kids can go about without fear of cars. Would highly recommend for those looking to relax, fish and have a great time. Nice and close to West Jefferson, Grayson Highlands and other high country attractions.

This is a great place for families and friends. The staff is amazing. The entire campground is clean. Being able to camp on the river is a beautiful experience for all. We have been going here for over 20 years and it never gets old.
