Our friends and family had the pleasure of staying here for the weekend and we loved it! It is cozy, clean, quiet, and the amenities and "extras" are appreciated! We had plenty of outside room to roam, play corn hole, relax in the hammock, enjoy the hot tubs and fire pit area. The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of dishes, towels, linens, literally everything one would need while away from home. The owners are very hospitable, humble, and gracious and it's apparent they take A LOT of pride in their rentals. We will definitely be returning again. I highly recommend this place as your home away from home!

I love the concept. With the corrugated, metal fences separating the units, I felt secluded from the others even though they weren't far from my unit. The window overlooking nature from my bed was lovely, and the hot tub (pre-heated and ready for me) was perfect after my strenuous hike earlier in the day. Parking was readily available and right next to my unit. And communication was top notch.

I'm beyond thrilled to have discovered this incredible retreat! I booked a three-night stay, and by the end of it, I felt completely relaxed and at peace. Heather and Eric were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. If I could give 10 stars, I would! The atmosphere was serene, the surroundings quiet, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. This getaway was exactly what my soul needed to rejuvenate. I will definitely be returning! Thank you for creating such a perfect sanctuary!

Just kind of your typical shipping container turned into an airbnb thing. Bed was caved in, so you sleep at an angle. I would give 5 stars if only I could have had a lighter to start a fire at my fire pit. Everything else was there. Found the logs. Found some lighter fluid. Just needed a match. Messaged the people, they said there was one. There wasn’t. Like that’s all I wanted was to go to the woods and chill for a night by a fire. So that pisses me off. You can even see the fire pit from your bed and it would have made for a great ambiance to sleep to. Anyway. Is what it is. Parking sucks too. Very hard to figure out where your vehicle needs to go

Found this place by accident and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to stay here for the weekend! I highly recommend it to anyone on the fence, we stayed at FireSide, it was so quiet and peaceful, the huge window by the bed was amazing to wake up next to. Way more amenities than expected. Heather & Eric go above and beyond with this place! The secluded jacuzzi was great every dip, and we loved sitting with s'mores next to the fire pit to unwind, the details were awesome, from the firewood and charcoal, to the Bluetooth speaker provided, we were more than comfortable! I’ll definitely be coming back!
